Limited Lifetime Warranty

LIMITED LIFETIME WARANTY: S-N-S warrants to the original purchaser of its products that such products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as such products were purchased from S-N-S; provided, however, that this limited warranty shall apply only if (i) the products are used and maintained by the purchaser as directed by all applicable documentation and instructions provided by
S-N-S, included corrosion or neglect; (ii) the products have not in any way been modified, altered, misused, neglected, abused, or improperly assembled or repaired; (iii) the claim is unrelated to normal wear and tear; (iv) the products have been operated under conditions no more severe than those for which the products were designed; and (vi) the claim is unrelated to a force majeure event.

OTHER THAN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED TO PURCHASER ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND S-N-S MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUARY, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. S-N-S SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, ORDINARY, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR OPERATION OF THE PRODUCTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MANUFACTURER’S TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL KINDS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR OPERATION OF THE PRODUCTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS HEREUNDER), REGARDLESS OF THE FORUM AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY ACTION OR CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY PURCHASER TO S-N-S.

The sole warranty remedy from S-N-S is limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any covered part of its products that S-N-S has determined to be defective. Said repair or replacement will be made by S-N-S or its authorized representative free of charge to the original purchaser, save for any freight or travel expenses, during the warranty period.
